Quartz Crucible

Quartz crucible with high purity and strong thermo-stability is an essential component in the process of the mono-crystal silicon pulling. The performance of the quartz crucible has great influence on the crystallization rate. Ferrotec (China) crucible division has been around how to improve the crystallization rate by continuous technological innovation and has made great breakthrough. In order to satisfy diversity production needs of the customers, AQMN had developed 4 series quartz crucible to reply different crystal pulling technology. For the current diameter size, AQMN can coverage 14 to 32 inch and has the technical ability to customize larger size according to the customer’s requirement. On the supporting process, we took 3 years to develop a fully automatic line to ensure the quality stable.

AQM-10 series
Natural quartz crucible with transparent layer covered in the inner layer.
Apply to: the mono-crystal silicon pulling of solar energy.
AQM-20 series
High purity natural quartz crucible, add high level natural sand on the basis of AQM-10 and the purity in the inner surface will be higher.
Apply to: the mono-crystal silicon pulling of semi-conductor & solar energy.
Main type: AQM-21.
AQM-30 series
Synthetic crucible with higher purity in the inner surface.
Apply to: the mono-crystal pulling of semi-conductor.
Main type: AQM-31.
AQM-40 series
Natural quartz crucible with inner surface crystallization, adapt to re-charging process and long time using.
Apply to: the mono-crystal pulling of solar energy & semi-conductor.
Main type: AQM-42
